I love you and you know you love me too ~ smile! That’s the deeper truth; so maybe it would be nice to think of this as Global Love Day. No one needs a steamy love affair to enjoy this beautiful, love-filled time. Whew ~ romance is not required.

Back in the day of silent films, Rudolf Valentino ~ know as the Latin Lover, roused hearts to the breaking point. Some fans even committed suicide when he died at the age of 31. The back-story is that the first woman he married was involved in a love triangle with two other women. His second marriage was turbulent and short-lived. After that, there were rumors of his various male lovers. Stomach ulcers and lung problems were his undoing in his very complicated, amorous life. But true love really isn’t about the romance.

Put your hand on your heart. Now pretend your nose just melted off your face and landed in the middle of your chest. Breathe slow and deep and feel the softness. In your imagination see your heart pumping love and light to every cell and space within you and around you. Know that this love essence is who you really are and that you have an infinite supply of love within you! You are a Divine, powerful love-force that blesses everyone in the world!!!

Wow ~ thank you ~ Happy Valentine’s Day ~ I love you too ~ that’s all anyone really wants ~ but if you insist on sending me flowers . . .
